This role sits within a growing global Workday practice focused on delivering end-to-end financial management solutions for enterprise clients. You will play a key part in configuring and optimizing Workday Financials to support critical finance operations across multiple organizations. The position involves close collaboration with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure seamless business process integration. You will contribute to building scalable reporting, analytics, and automation capabilities that improve financial decision-making. This is a highly consultative and hands-on role where you will work across implementation and optimization phases. You will also stay engaged with new Workday releases and help clients adopt best practices. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and related financial components.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday Financials solutions.
• Support integration of Workday with external systems and enterprise financial tools to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
• Design and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Provide functional expertise and training to finance teams on Workday best practices and system usage.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or corrective fixes as needed.
• Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant enhancements to improve system efficiency and functionality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Workday Financials or ERP financial system implementations/support.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules such as Financial Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting, and Integrations.
• Workday Financials certification is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and configuration skills within enterprise financial systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in global or multi-entity finance environments and familiarity with audit/compliance requirements is a plus.
