As a Tracking Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

Tracking loads proactively.Trouble-shooting and anticipating shipment issues.Notifying customers of any delays or changes that will impact serviceSetting up appropriate tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility of each shipmentPromptly responding to customer request for status information or changesProblem resolution to minimize impact to customer and company.This job might be for you if:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, college education or similar work experience is a plus Bonus experience: Have you worked helping people solve problems? If so great!
