Join a dynamic team supporting logistics operations for a leading player in Brazil’s oil and gas market. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient coordination and monitoring of freight transportation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will serve as an important point of contact for customer requests, transportation orders, and billing-related matters. Working with logistics, financial, and administrative processes, you will help identify discrepancies and resolve operational issues. You will also use SAP/R3 to support data analysis and financial workflows. - Customer Service and Transportation Orders: Respond to customer requests and issue transportation orders for household and personal goods moving services.
- Transportation Monitoring: Track and follow up on transportation orders, monitor service execution, and ensure that requests progress according to established procedures.
- Billing Verification: Review, process, and correct transportation billing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with completed services.
- Invoice Resolution: Investigate and address invoices placed on hold due to financial, accounting, or tax-related discrepancies, coordinating the necessary adjustments.
- Logistics Demand Management: Monitor transportation requests and maintain accurate records to support operational visibility and timely service delivery.
- SAP/R3 Data Management: Extract and analyze relevant information using queries and support workflows involving accounts payable and tax-related processes.
- Process Compliance: Follow established logistics and financial procedures, helping maintain reliable documentation and accurate operational records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve process efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between transportation and billing activities.
- Education: High school diploma or technical qualification.
- Logistics Experience: Previous experience with analysis and customer service processes, preferably in logistics or transportation operations.
- Transportation Knowledge: Solid understanding of freight transportation logistics and related operational workflows.
- Billing Processes: Familiarity with reviewing, processing, and resolving invoices or billing transactions placed on hold.
- SAP/R3 Skills: Knowledge of extracting data through queries and familiarity with SAP/R3 financial workflows, particularly accounts payable and tax-related routines.
- Transportation Management Systems: Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review information, identify inconsistencies, and support the resolution of operational and billing issues.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, accuracy in document handling, and the ability to monitor multiple requests simultaneously.
- Communication and Customer Service: Clear communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
