- Execute and analyze financial and accounting processes of moderate to high technical complexity, including reconciliations, budget controls, and financial reporting.
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets and forecasts for projects, departments, or business units.
- Prepare financial reports, conduct performance analyses, and deliver technical insights to support management decisions and administrative planning.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, databases, reporting tools, and digital forms used in budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, traceability, and confidentiality of financial information while meeting deadlines and complying with accounting standards and internal procedures.
- Support financial audits and compliance reviews by organizing, validating, and providing the required documentation and information.
- Provide technical guidance to junior financial analysts on operational processes, reporting practices, and financial controls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial efficiency, strengthen controls, and promote responsible resource management.
- Apply internal policies and the organization's Code of Conduct while maintaining high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
- Undertake business travel when required and in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Approximately four years of experience in financial planning, finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or related activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience working with financial systems, reporting platforms, and relational databases or other data management tools.
- Practical understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, reconciliations, and performance monitoring.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and organizational levels.
- A high degree of accountability, discretion, and commitment to financial accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Familiarity with process automation and reporting tools such as Power Automate, Hyperion, or OfficeConnect is an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
