Position Overview

Fastening Specialists is seeking an Assortment Support Specialist to help maintain our assortment inventory areas and support production replenishment. This role works in the warehouse and production operation, helping keep assortment product organized, stocked, accurate, and available for order selectors.

Our assortment area includes thousands of SKU locations across multiple warehouse aisles. This position is responsible for daily assortment upkeep, overstock maintenance, down stocking, and pulling product from production lists to supply the production room.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assortment inventory areas so product is organized and available

• Manage assortment overstock and support replenishment needs

• Use production lists to pull product and deliver it to the production room

• Perform down stocking in assortment areas and other warehouse areas as needed

• Help identify empty locations, inventory issues, damaged product, or replenishment concerns

• Keep warehouse aisles, overstock areas, and staging areas clean and organized

• Support inventory accuracy through consistent product placement and follow-up

• Work with the Production Coordinator and warehouse team to support daily priorities

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Warehouse, inventory, replenishment, production, or order selection experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to follow production lists and location instructions accurately

• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Forklift experience is not required
