Description
Position Summary:
The Social Media & Content Specialist will serve as Complete Care's primary social media content creator, responsible for developing engaging short-form video content, social media graphics, and marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement and company culture.
The ideal candidate understands how to create content that performs across platforms, can turn everyday moments into compelling stories, and has a strong eye for visual design. Success in this role requires creativity, initiative, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
This role is responsible for executing day-to-day social media operations, managing online community engagement, and producing high-quality marketing materials for clinics, business development and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation & Publishing
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, storylines, captions and campaigns that align with company marketing objectives.
- Design social media graphics, carousel posts, promotional assets and branded visual content.
- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Capture photo and video content at clinics, company events, community outreach initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Edit and optimize content for platform-specific performance and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend content improvements based on results.
- Stay current on social media trends, content formats and platform updates to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Social Media Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive engagement and build trust with patients, referral partners, employees and community members.
- Escalate patient concerns or sensitive inquiries according to company protocols.
- Support reputation management efforts through active social engagement.
Graphic Design & Marketing Asset Development
- Design branded marketing materials including social graphics, flyers, brochures, event materials, presentations, digital advertisements and promotional collateral.
- Create visual assets that support marketing campaigns across social, web, email and internal communication channels.
- Ensure all creative materials maintain consistency with Complete Care's brand standards.
- Develop and maintain templates that can be utilized across multiple clinics and departments.
Provider & Brand Storytelling
- Create content that highlights provider expertise, patient care, company culture, and community involvement.
- Partner with clinic teams to identify authentic stories that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Internal Content & Marketing Support
- Maintain and organize marketing assets within the company's SharePoint and intranet platforms
- Support development of presentations and visual materials for leadership and department initiatives.
- Ensure marketing resources remain current, organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Business Development, Clinic Operations, Human Resources and Leadership teams to support marketing initiatives
- Fulfill marketing material requests while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards
- Support planning and execution of company events, community outreach programs, open houses, health fairs and other marketing activities
Success Metrics
- Consistent creation and publication of high-quality social media content
- Growth in social media engagement, audience reach, and follower acquisition
- Increased performance of short-form video content across platforms
- Timely completion of marketing requests and creative deliverables
- Strong brand consistency across all content and marketing materials
- Effective organization and maintenance of marketing assets and content libraries
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing or content marketing
- Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar
- Strong written communication and visual storytelling abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, professional services, multi-location businesses or franchise environments
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Photography and basic videography experience
