Position Summary

The Real Estate & Facility Management department at Jet Aviation covers real estate, project management, facility services, and maintenance and repair. As part of the Real Estate & Administration Team, you will support real estate topics across our EMEA region. Join us for a 6- or 12-month internship and gain hands-on experience in an international, aviation industry environment.

Your Role

• Support the management of real estate portfolio across the EMEA region under the guidance of the Real Estate team
• Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of lease, sublease, and other real estate-related agreements
• Support contract reviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure documentation is complete and up to date
• Assist in the lease approval process and maintain records in accordance with Jet Aviation policies and procedures
• Provide administrative and operational support for subtenant management at the Basel site and assist with subtenant agreements across other EMEA locations.
• Maintain and update lease agreements and related documentation within the contract management database
• Assist with real estate and facilities projects across Basel and the EMEA region, including project coordination and documentation
• Support the collection, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the real estate portfolio
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management reviews and departmental meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide general support to the department, including other duties and special projects as assigned

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Strong interest in corporate real estate and facilities management
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• No prior real estate experience required; internships or academic projects are beneficial
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet targets and deadlines
• Interact with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset
• Experience with SAP, Sharepoint, and Power BI is a plus
