InspireKids Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced School-Based Therapist Supervisor (LISW-S) to provide clinical leadership and supervision for our growing school-based mental health program in the Cleveland area. This role combines direct clinical care with supervision, mentorship, and program oversight to ensure children receive high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.

Schedule and Hours:
- Full time day shift hours – no late evenings or weekends!
- Monday – Friday
- School Hours
Compensation: Competitive annual salary: $60,000 – $70,000
Location: 5595 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield Heights, OH 44125

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the School-Based Therapist Supervisor (LISW-S), you will provide clinical supervision, leadership, and oversight for our school-based therapy team while maintaining a small clinical caseload. This role ensures high-quality care, clinical excellence, and compliance with agency and state standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical supervision to LSWs and other clinical staff in accordance with Ohio LISW-S requirements.
- Review, approve, and oversee assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Maintain a small caseload of children and families by providing individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Mentor, coach, and develop therapists through regular supervision, case consultation, and performance feedback.
- Ensure services are delivered using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with schools, families, physicians, and community partners to coordinate care.
- Provide guidance during crisis situations, including risk assessments and safety planning.
- Monitor documentation quality, productivity, and compliance with OhioMHAS, Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
- Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary leadership meetings.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional care and strong clinical outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Ohio LISW-S license required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with experience treating children and adolescents preferred.
- Previous experience providing clinical supervision to therapists or interns is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care, CBT, play therapy, and behavioral interventions.
- Experience working in school-based, outpatient, or community behavioral health settings preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of OhioMHAS, Medicaid, and behavioral health documentation standards.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
