Barry’s is the Best Workout in the WorldTM®. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

About the role
The Senior Manager, Fuel Bar is responsible for driving operational excellence, consistency, and innovation across Barry's Fuel Bar portfolio. In partnership with the Sr. Director, Fuel Bar Director, Operations, and studio leadership teams, this role ensures that all studios deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience that supports hydration, performance, and recovery while enhancing the overall client experience.
This role serves as the primary liaison between Fuel Bar and cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Brand, Corporate Sales, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about food, beverage, and creating best-in-class client experiences.
What you'll do
Fuel Bar Operations & Strategy
- Maintain consistency and compliance with all Fuel Bar policies, standards, and procedures across the portfolio
- Partner with Operations and studio leadership to improve processes, solve operational challenges, and drive performance
- Develop and implement new Fuel Bar procedures, initiatives, and SOPs
- Support new studio openings, menu launches, and special projects
Financial & Business Performance
- Analyze studio and portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and improve operational efficiency
- Understand and communicate Fuel Bar financial performance, including labor allocations, pricing, and margin management
- Develop tactics to increase Fuel Bar attachment and overall revenue performance
Product Development & Innovation
- Partner on product innovation, menu development, and seasonal offerings
- Support menu pilots, product testing, and shake R&D
- Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the Fuel Bar experience
Vendor & Supply Chain Management
- Manage relationships with distributors and key vendors
- Resolve supply chain challenges and identify appropriate product alternatives when needed
- Manage pricing updates, SKU maintenance, and inventory-related processes
Training & Communication
- Create and maintain Fuel Bar SOPs and educational resources
- Train General Managers and studio teams on Fuel Bar standards, policies, and initiatives
- Effectively communicate updates and priorities to studio leadership on a regular cadence
- Provide support and troubleshooting for day-to-day Fuel Bar questions and challenges
Client Experience & Hospitality
- Uphold and continuously elevate the Barry's hospitality experience at the Fuel Bar
- Partner with Corporate Sales and Brand teams to enhance the Fuel Bar experience for events, partnerships, and collaborations
- Audit and standardize Fuel Bar presentation, layouts, and operational execution across all studios
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality, or multi-unit operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality, food and beverage operations, and client experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen and ability to interpret business performance metrics
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and operational systems
- Food Protection Manager Certification preferred
- Passion for health, wellness, food, and beverage
The pay range for this role is:
30 - 35 USD per hour(New York)
