Nurse Manager - PACU in Brockton, Massachusetts at Signature Healthcare

PACU/SHORT STAY/PRE-OP TESTING Five years Critical Care nursing experience required. BS in nursing required. MS in nursing or related field preferred. Under the direction of the Director of Perioperative Services, plans, coordinates, supervises, directs and evaluates the delivery of all nursing care to patients in the PACU/SHORT STAY. Ensures quality patient care according to the departmental philosophy, policies, procedures and standards and fulfilling the mission of the hospital. Previous experience in LEAN management helpful. Three to five years clinical nursing experience required. Demonstrates clinical competence and evidence of leadership and management skills. Must have valid nursing license in Massachusetts.
