  • Lead end-to-end research projects, including literature reviews, analytical planning, statistical modeling, manuscript development, and publication submissions.
  • Apply advanced analytical methods such as multilevel modeling, survival analysis, difference-in-differences, budget impact analysis, clustering techniques, and longitudinal data analysis.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and LLM-based assistants to accelerate research workflows, improve analysis efficiency, and enhance scientific writing processes.
  • Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to evaluate healthcare utilization, cost trends, and savings outcomes.
  • Build and maintain high-quality analytical datasets while ensuring measurement accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare privacy requirements.
  • Partner with growth, strategy, clinical, product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams to coordinate evidence initiatives.
  • Develop peer-reviewed publications, clinical white papers, and executive-level insights that communicate healthcare impact clearly.
  • Manage research priorities independently while aligning execution with broader organizational goals.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced HEOR, healthcare analytics, or clinical research professional with strong statistical expertise and the ability to independently generate meaningful evidence from complex healthcare datasets. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and translating technical findings into clear recommendations for business and clinical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, Health Economics, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in health economics, outcomes research, clinical analytics, digital health, healthcare analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience analyzing healthcare claims data and applying rigorous statistical methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, with advanced SQL skills and experience working with healthcare datasets.
  • Experience working with longitudinal, time-series, and nested data structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently take research projects from initial business question through analysis, reporting, and publication.
  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications or research projects, ideally within digital health, telemedicine, healthcare technology, or value-based care.
  • Experience applying AI tools, including LLM-based assistants, to improve analytical workflows, research processes, and content development.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy standards, including HIPAA requirements and handling of protected health information.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to executives, commercial teams, clinical audiences, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in startup, growth-stage, or highly autonomous environments with limited infrastructure and evolving processes.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $165,000–$180,000.
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare initiatives that improve patient outcomes and advance access to personalized care.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility for eligible U.S.-based employees.
  • Collaborative culture combining healthcare expertise, technology, analytics, and innovation.
  • Opportunities to influence evidence strategy, research direction, and commercial impact at scale.
  • Supportive environment focused on professional growth, learning, and development.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technology, strategy, and business functions.
