  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, automation, and scalability.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex SaaS implementations and customer onboarding projects while combining strong organizational skills with technical problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective system solutions.

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, professional services, solutions delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience independently managing implementations from kickoff through successful launch.
  • Strong project management skills, including handling timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and operational workflows.
  • Experience working with configurable software platforms and learning complex products quickly.
  • Excellent customer communication skills, including training delivery, stakeholder alignment, and expectation management.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation abilities, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, product, and technical teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to contribute to evolving processes and customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with customer training, enablement, change management, or building implementation processes is considered an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible working hours.
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities to support career growth.
