Portfolio Revenue Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Portfolio Revenue Manager based in the United States.

This remote role is an opportunity to drive revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of hospitality properties through advanced analytics, pricing strategies, and market insights.
The Portfolio Revenue Manager will own revenue optimization initiatives, using data-driven approaches to maximize profitability and improve property performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and property partners to shape commercial strategies.
The role combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and hands-on execution in a technology-enabled hospitality environment.
You will leverage revenue management tools, market intelligence, and forecasting techniques to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

The Portfolio Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotel and multifamily properties by developing and executing innovative pricing, forecasting, and yield management strategies. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive sustained performance.

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies tailored to different markets, property types, demand patterns, and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing movements, and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Create and optimize yield management strategies that improve occupancy, revenue performance, RevPAR, and profitability.
  • Manage forecasting processes and ensure revenue projections are accurate and aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust strategies proactively based on changing market conditions.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly revenue insights, including pickup trends, strategic recommendations, and financial forecast updates.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, finance, operations, and property stakeholders to align revenue initiatives.
  • Use revenue management systems, property data, and analytics tools to support informed commercial decisions.
  • Drive improvements in length-of-stay, market segmentation, channel mix, and overall revenue contribution.
  • Act as a strategic partner to property owners by providing insights that support long-term business performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-driven revenue professional with experience managing hospitality portfolios and developing strategies that improve financial outcomes. You should combine strong analytical skills with commercial judgment, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to operate independently in a technology-focused environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management, with experience managing revenue across multiple properties or portfolios.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality markets, competitive analysis, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization principles.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets and revenue management systems.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of how revenue decisions impact overall property performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt strategies in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience using technology platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven workflows to support revenue decisions.
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and measurable results.
