The Senior Management Consultant will provide senior-level advisory and operational support focused on business transformation, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. The role will involve analyzing complex information, developing performance insights, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Provide business management and consulting support for operational technology and integrated systems organizations.
- Support the design, implementation, and improvement of mission support business models, processes, and management practices.
- Develop and track strategic goals, improvement initiatives, and performance objectives.
- Create, maintain, and enhance business performance metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive communication materials.
- Collect, analyze, consolidate, and present operational information to support leadership decision-making.
- Support executive reporting processes and stakeholder communications across multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain processes for task management, resource tracking, progress monitoring, and operational coordination.
- Coordinate activities among system support teams, project managers, acquisition personnel, and technical stakeholders.
- Support major system implementation activities, operational reviews, and testing coordination from a business management perspective.
- Manage and reconcile integrated schedules, task dependencies, and project tracking information using tools such as Microsoft Project and enterprise project management platforms.
- Facilitate meetings, document business processes, track action items, and support organizational change initiatives.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while recommending practical solutions.
The ideal candidate brings experience in management consulting, federal program support, business operations, and organizational improvement. This professional should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, analyzing complex information, and creating clear business recommendations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business management support, process improvement, organizational change, federal program support, or related fields.
- Experience supporting government or federal business operations, strategic initiatives, management analysis, or program execution.
- Experience developing metrics, dashboards, reports, briefings, action plans, and decision-support materials.
- Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong background in process improvement, project integration, business operations, or mission support activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activities, and support complex initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $145,000.
