Front Closer and Customer Service Representative in Bradenton, Florida at Ubuntu Enterprises LLC

We are looking for employees to work in a customer service position at the front counter on nights AND weekends at our Bradenton Store (located at 629 Cortez Road W, Bradenton, Florida, 34207)

Requirements:

1. Willingness to work 18-25 hours each week (Fri evening/Sat evening/Sun evening) at our Bradenton store

2. Sufficient maturity and confidence to thrive in customer-facing position at front counter

3. Eagerness to deliver energetic, enthusiastic and joyful customer experiences

4. Ability to multitask and engage customers throughout busy dining room

Job Summary:

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude
• Quickly and accurately take customer orders and payment through the POS
• Take phone orders or catering orders
• Give out completed orders to guests with enthusiasm
• Ensure proper sanitation practices
• Lobby maintenance and general cleaning in order to maintain a spotless and sanitary store
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work until 12:15AM Sunday-Thursday and 1:30AM Friday and Saturday.
• Cleaning, Stocking and Maintaining the store with attention to detail is critical

Compensation:

• Expected pay of around $14/hour (including tips)
• Opportunity for bonuses
• Also looking for experienced hospitality/food workers at a potentially higher starting hourly wage
• Biweekly pay

Hours:

• Start time 6pm-7pm
• Weekends specifically
• Hours span in varying increments between the operating hours of 12pm to 1am daily
