- Set-Up Superstar: Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspect event spaces against the Banquet Event Order, and keep everything organizedensuring every detail sparkles from start to finish!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework and prior supervisory experience are helpful.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, listen actively, and address concerns from both guests and team members.
- Proficient in essential computer programs, including company-approved spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and maintain professionalism and composure.
- Capable of working with financial data, performing basic arithmetic, and assimilating complex information to meet operational needs.
