  • Contribute to responsible AI practices by ensuring clinical integrity in AI-enabled workflows and decision-support tools.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Significant clinical experience, with strong preference for long-term care or post-acute care settings.
  • Experience evaluating clinical workflows, documentation, or patient safety risks in a healthcare or digital health context.
  • Ability to translate clinical requirements into product, system, or technical specifications.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working across clinical, product, and technical teams.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, EHR systems, or digital health platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical governance, regulatory frameworks, or audit processes is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled clinical tools or digital documentation workflows is an advantage.
  • Advanced nursing education (MSN or equivalent) is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work environment supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to shape safe, AI-enabled innovation in healthcare technology.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Mission-driven work focused on improving patient outcomes in long-term and post-acute care.
