Job Description
- AUSB Undergraduate Program & Student Support Fund
- The Student Assistant/Ambassador will provide administrative, research, communication, and event-support services for the AUSB Undergraduate
- Program and Student Support Fund. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and promotional materials, conducting research, retrieving articles and resources, managing calendars, assisting with outreach, and providing general program support.
- The student will also play an active role in brainstorming, planning, organizing, and implementing events, with approximately 60% of event responsibilities devoted to planning and 40% to implementation.
- Duties may include event logistics, setup, guest coordination, communications, and follow-up.
- This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop professional, organizational, communication, event-management, and networking skills while interacting with students, faculty, staff, business professionals, community leaders, and other organizations.
- Work may be performed remotely or on-site, depending on the nature of the assignment.
- Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, creative, professional, and eager to learn and build meaningful professional connections.

- Undergraduate or graduate students (Preferably with business background)
