Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications such as backflow prevention, gas fitting, or medical gas piping.
- Experience with advanced plumbing technologies including water treatment systems and energy-efficient fixtures.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or plumbing-specific software.
- Strong customer service skills and experience working directly with clients.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery or specialized plumbing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues using specialized tools and equipment, and develop effective solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
