The Arc Western Montana is hiring a Program Administrator (PA) to oversee one group home serving six adult men with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including significant behavioral and support needs.
The PA will supervise approximately 17 dedicated staff members while case managing for clients and ensuring consistent, person-centered services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting both people and staff.

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt (Salaried)

Your Role:
- Supervise and support a House Manager, Shift Lead and Direct Support Professionals
- Manage staff schedules, approve timecards, and ensure program coverage
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff trainings
- Serve as primary contact for guardians, case managers, DDP, and licensing
- Oversee person-centered planning (PSP), documentation, and assessments
- Provide hands-on care as needed, including support with ADLs and hygiene
- Rotate on-call management duties every 4–5 weeks
Work Schedule:
- Typically Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- On-call rotation every 4 to 5 weeks

Requirements: What We’re Looking For:- Leadership, supervisory, or case management experience; IDD experience preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to provide direct care when needed
- At least 5 years of driving experience with a clear enough record to satisfy our insurer
