POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Regional RN provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across all operating entities. This role ensures high-quality Client care, regulatory compliance, and standardized clinical practices while partnering with Operations to develop Caregiver training standards and drive continuous quality improvement.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll own and lead as a: Lead Regional Nurse (RN)-
• Travel frequently to oversee and standardize nursing services and compliance across all operating entities and licensing requirements
• Monitor care quality, conduct audits, analyze medication errors, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct Client nursing and medication evaluations across multiple sites, identifying risks and ensuring safe care delivery
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations; update policies in response to evolving standards
• Lead hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of RN staff with ongoing education and professional development
• Audit MARs, review medication orders, and ensure safe, compliant administration practices across all locations
• Train and validate Caregiver competencies in medication administration and nurse-delegated tasks
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and clinical documentation to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Active RN license in good standing; clinical experience in home care, assisted living, or a regulated care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, licensing standards, and HIPAA best practices
• Proven ability to lead and develop nursing teams with a focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Excellent clinical judgment with experience conducting Client assessments and medication evaluations
• Highly organized with strong documentation and recordkeeping skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proficient with technology and healthcare management systems; comfortable developing SOPs and training materials
• Experience in home health, in-home care, or multi-site nursing operations strongly preferred

- Administrative experience in a related specialty such as accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, sales, marketing, business development, staffing, recruiting, care coordination, compliance, office or business management, human resources, or operations
- Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care
