What You’ll Do- Review and verify account documentation
- Identify and resolve exceptions
- Maintain accurate records and imaging
- Support internal teams with issue resolution
- Prepare reports and complete daily tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of banking or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
