Inbound Mail Clerk at BerkOne – BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Inbound Mail Clerk helps sort and expedite the Vehicle Title Processing Department's incoming mail. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a paper-based environment and can consistently meet production goals.

Duties include:

• Sort, prep, and distribute all incoming mail
• Handle DMV/collateral documents
• Track daily work through time logs
• Work with handheld scanners to log incoming mail
• Assist other vehicle title processes as needed

LOCATION + SCHEDULES

• On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
• Schedule: Full-time, Regular position!
• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
• No weekends

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
• Comfortable in a paper based, productivity office environment
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move mail trays, up to 20-25 lbs. frequently
