About the Role

Freedom Property Investors is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team in Melbourne! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our State Acquisition Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient property acquisition process. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing vendor relationships, and providing essential support to the team. Responsibilities:

• Sales Portal Management: Keep the sales portal updated with accurate stock availability. This includes tracking stock allocation, rental appraisals, project priorities, and ensuring up-to-date cash flow projections.
• Vendor/Supplier Management: Work closely with internal teams (Contracts, Settlements, and Build Support) to provide seamless communication and updates between vendors and internal departments.

• Monitor estimated settlement date collections and escalate discrepancies to Acquisition Managers when needed.

• Project Updates: Collect and verify regular project updates from developers and suppliers, ensuring all relevant information is shared with the Settlements team.
• Support for Acquisition Managers: Assist Acquisition Managers, particularly in VIC, with vendor, builder, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth property acquisition processes.
• Purchase Fallover Register Management: Review and manage the monthly purchase fallover register to maintain accurate records and identify key trends.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or the development/building industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience working with CRM and/or property management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
