OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY

Main role of this position is to help with all work related to Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Review and process all paperwork related to the forgiveness of the Paycheck Protection Program Loans (“PPP Loans”)

• Provide customer service to all PPP borrowers/applicants via email and phone calls

• Review and provide details of suspicious activity or questionable documentation associated with the PPP loan application

• Assist in the completion of SAR form of filing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year administration and customer service experience.

SPECIALIZATIONS

• Strong organization and time-management skills, attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and credit information.

• Sound judgment, decision-making ability, and the ability to work in pressure situations.

• Personal computer operation with skills in Microsoft software packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project & Visio.
