About This Position
OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
Main role of this position is to help with all work related to Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Review and process all paperwork related to the forgiveness of the Paycheck Protection Program Loans (“PPP Loans”)

Provide customer service to all PPP borrowers/applicants via email and phone calls
-
Review and provide details of suspicious activity or questionable documentation associated with the PPP loan application
-
Assist in the completion of SAR form of filing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year administration and customer service experience.
SPECIALIZATIONS
• Strong organization and time-management skills, attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and credit information.
• Sound judgment, decision-making ability, and the ability to work in pressure situations.
• Personal computer operation with skills in Microsoft software packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project & Visio.
