Your Role
As a Title Officer, you will conduct diverse real estate transactions without the need to type your searches, allowing you to focus on your expertise. You will collaborate with escrow officers, mentor new team members, and ensure quality assurance through our dedicated proofreading team.

Requirements
- Strong skills in conducting title searches, especially metes and bounds searches
- Active Title Officer license in Utah
- Proficiency in Deed Plotter is helpful
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus

Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
