Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator in North Salt Lake, Utah at Ninyo & Moore

Job Description: Ninyo & Moore has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Coordinator/Dispatcher in North Salt Lake, Utah. Duties will include scheduling the appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for numerous construction projects. The Construction Services Coordinator/Dispatcher will provide clients with high quality customer service and will communicate the clients' needs to our field staff. Duties will also include inputting data into our scheduling software and preparing field files for staff. This position also requires compilation of daily field reports and providing administrative support to project managers.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills: The successful candidate should be proficient in MS Word and Excel and be very detail oriented with excellent organizational and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are required. After-hours and weekend coordination of field staff may be required on occasion. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member. Experience in the construction industry (or concrete supply, emergency response, HVAC, or similar fast-paced environment) is a plus.
