Nurse Manager (RN) Telemetry/MedSurg at Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center – Clarksdale, Mississippi

Responsible for the direction of patient care activities on the Telemetry, Med/Surg floor. Manages nursing and ancillary staff and provides management of operational and nursing activities. Consults with staff, physicians, CNO on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.

• Bachelor of science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing with three (3) years or more years experience in Med/Surg nursing.
• Current RN Licensed within Mississippi or Compact State.
• Current, BLS, ACLS Certification.
• PALS within six months of hire.
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and writing.
