JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN PITTSBURGH AREA (PA) in GIBSONIA, Pennsylvania at Lasenor USA LLC

Lasenor USA is hiring a Junior Sales Representative to:

• Open new customers and generate business opportunities.
• Manage new and existing customers.
• Implement the company's sales strategy: market segments, products, and distribution channels.
• Report to the Sales Director North America and Lasenor USA's CEO on a regular basis, providing information about the ongoing projects and opportunities.
• Provide sales forecast for the Budget preparation.
• Promote Lasenor brand and the product range, focusing on specialties, as defined by the Division Manager.
• Identify opportunities in the market, customers, and trade shows.
• Participate in trade shows as visitor or exhibitor.
• Interact with Lasenor's personnel where necessary, to optimize performance: Sales Director North America, CEO Lasenor USA, sales Director-Business Unit Lecithins, Sales Director-Business Unit Emulsifiers, Lasenor's Global Sales Team, RD&I, Regulatory, Marketing.

Background:

Technical background (technical bachelor's degree such as Food Technology), or sales oriented, ideally in the food market.

Lasenor will provide specific training about the company and the product range.

Skills:

• Willing to grow professionally within the company.
• Long-term focus and willingness to participate directly in the growth of the company in North America.
• Multi-lingual in Spanish and/or French is an added value.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge about SalesForce is an asset.
• Proactivity.
• Open to travel visiting customers, attending trade shows in the US and Canada, and participating in training in the HQ (Spain).
