As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Wilmington Health, you will be an integral part of our anesthesia care team, providing safe, efficient, and compassionate anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases. ✔️ Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures in an outpatient setting
✔️ Monitor patient responses before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort
✔️ Develop personalized anesthesia plans in collaboration with surgeons and medical staff
✔️ Utilize regional anesthesia techniques, including nerve blocks and epidurals as appropriate
✔️ Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care
✔️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with organizational policies
✔️ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in anesthesia care

✅ Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) & active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
✅ Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
✅ Strong clinical judgment, anesthesia management, and patient safety expertise
✅ Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills
✅ Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
