  • Track and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs), deficiencies, and punch list items
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality expectations and installation standards
  • Lead and coordinate commissioning activities (L1–L5) across all critical systems
  • Partner with commissioning agents, engineers, and vendors to ensure system readiness
  • Oversee pre-functional and functional testing, including point-to-point checks, loop checks, and integrated systems testing (IST)
  • Ensure proper documentation and execution of commissioning plans, scripts, and procedures
  • Support system turnover, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all commissioning deliverables
  • Work closely with superintendents, project engineers, and construction teams to align installation with commissioning readiness
  • Drive schedule adherence related to QA/QC and commissioning milestones

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of system status, progress, and deficiencies
  • Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders on quality and commissioning progress
Requirements:

  • Strong background in mission-critical projects (data centers, semiconductor, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems (MV/LV power, switchgear, UPS, generators, HVAC, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading commissioning efforts (L1–L5) on large-scale projects
  • Experience managing QA/QC processes including inspections, NCRs, and turnover documentation
