Parking Administrator - Oakland, CA at LAZ Parking California, LLC – Oakland, California

Location: Northeastern University- Oakland

Pay Rate: $23.50/ hour

Hours: Part Time M-F10:30 AM - 02:30 PM

The Spirit of the Position:

The Administrator role provides operational support through upholding and enforcing the parking regulations/restrictions of the local parking ordinances.

Principal Job Duties:

• Ensure that campus staff and students are assigned and issued permits.
• Provide data reports on a weekly and month basis.
• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance with PARCS

• Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested.

• Other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience:

• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years worth of driving experience.

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
• Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be familiar with Office 365

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push and pull at least25 pounds.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
