QC Cushions I at Perennials & Sutherland – Dallas, Texas

We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of Quality Control for the Cushions Department.

Key job duties:

• Measure & check incoming fabric for defects & match to work orders
• Communicate with other departments via Microsoft Outlook
• Type up detailed purchase orders using information from work orders
• Check cushions on frames ensure fit and specifications based on detailed purchase order (includes removing excess threads, checking for stitch defects or fabric defects if any, cushions stuffed correctly)
• Wrap cushions & put out of shelves in the warehouse
• Keep track of orders needed to ship, product knowledge, photos taken
• Distribute COM to designated department (cushions/upholstery) as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (preferred)
• Microsoft Outlook (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Clean/organized
• Works well in fast pace environment and can adhere to deadlines
• Self-motivated
