Position Overview We are seeking an Independent Contractor – Nurse Practitioner (NP) , licensed in the state of Florida and residing in the Naples area, who is passionate about natural beauty, holistic wellness, and functional medicine. This role offers flexibility, commission-based compensation, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as clientele grows.
Compensation & Perks Percentage-based pay (commission on each service, plus client tips) Discounted spa services for personal use Opportunity for full-time transition as demand increases Work in a tranquil, holistic, luxury spa environment Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments and functional medicine consultations Perform PRP procedures for medical and cosmetic applications, including: Muscle, joint, and cartilage pain Facial rejuvenation (wrinkles, folds, scars) Acne scar reduction Hair restoration therapies Administer IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy Support clients in: Hormone balance Gut health optimization Stress management Energy enhancement Metabolic function optimization Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and professional care ✅ Trained in—or deeply passionate about—holistic, integrative, or functional medicine ✅ Familiar with (or excited to learn) modern biohacking protocols ✅ Comfortable working with high-end clientele in a luxury wellness setting ✅ Curious, open-minded, and dedicated to root-cause healing ✅ Strong communicator with excellent sales skills What You’ll Do Create customized wellness protocols based on integrative and functional medicine Leverage sales skills to build and maintain clientele (sales aptitude is a must for this position) Educate and empower clients to take charge of their health and wellness journey Requirements Active Florida NP license Must reside in the Naples, FL area Knowledge of esthetic procedures (PRP-based) Proven experience with IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy Strong foundation in esthetic medicine, functional medicine, and holistic care
