We have an excellent Full-Time opportunity for a dynamic Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our residents in the comfort of their own homes. Must be licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse, have excellent communication and computer skills as well as reliable transportation.

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
