Minimum 8-10 years of management experience in reagent, consumable, or complex production within bioproduction/biopharmaceutical environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across production.
• Use KPI insights to implement new processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen quality and efficiency.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision and operational strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify and lead strategic initiatives such as footprint optimization, in?sourcing vs. outsourcing decisions, and process improvement projects to maximize profitability and supply continuity.
• Partner closely with leaders across Quality, Regulatory, EHS, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, and Process Engineering to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient production.
• Ensure adherence to US FDA, GMP, and global Quality System Regulations.
• Manage production budgets, schedules, and key operating metrics.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of management experience in reagent, consumable, or complex production within bioproduction/biopharmaceutical environments.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies to improve processes, strengthen quality, and increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing management principles, especially in high?growth or scaling environments.

Salary Range:

$210K-$220K
