Our Collective ABA clinic provides high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.

- Pay: $21–$23/hour based on education and experience
- Training provided – no prior ABA experience required
- Paid CPR & PMT certification

Schedule
- Part-time, after-school hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Opportunity for increased hours during the summer (typically 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document sessions using Therap
- Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive program environment
- Follow all agency, state, insurance, and HIPAA requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Compassion, patience, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
