Our Collective ABA clinic provides high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Pay: $21–$23/hour based on education and experience
• Training provided – no prior ABA experience required

Schedule

• Part-time, after-school hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Opportunity for increased hours during the summer (typically 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document sessions using Therap
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive program environment
• Follow all agency, state, insurance, and HIPAA requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Compassion, patience, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
