Northstar Mortgage Advisors, Loan Officer Assistant at Canopy Mortgage, LLC – Atlanta, Georgia

Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer in communication with borrowers, and gathering of third party documentation. LOA will assist the LO in contacting the borrower through phone, text, email. They have front line communication with borrowers. Heaviest amount of work with the file is completed in the first 3 statuses. LOA will still be tagged in the file and cc’d in all emails until the file funds. May need to hop in and assist further down the process of the file if asked to do so. Gathering all borrower documentation, (paystubs, tax returns, mortgage statements etc).
