Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.

• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all wares are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.

• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.

• Support the kitchen team with basic prep duties and stocking as needed.

• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks and assist in closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs).

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Be able to commit a certain amount of workings hours.
