Job Description

Business Systems Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst in Canada.

This role sits at the core of business operations and revenue enablement, bridging the gap between technology, data, and go-to-market teams. You will help design and optimize scalable systems that power commerce-to-cash processes and support rapid business growth across multiple merchant channels. Working within a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will translate complex business needs into structured technical solutions and data-driven workflows. The position involves close collaboration with Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and IT teams to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with strategic goals. You will play a key role in improving Salesforce-based ecosystems, reporting pipelines, and billing processes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data and systems support revenue growth at scale.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business systems and processes that support revenue operations and cross-functional initiatives:

  • Own the full requirements lifecycle, from intake and discovery through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and scalable system solutions, particularly within Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize commerce-to-cash and billing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Support system implementations, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Leverage data tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and reporting platforms to support analytics and decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Engineering, Product, and IT as the primary liaison for business systems initiatives.
  • Manage project tracking, documentation, and updates using tools such as Jira and Notion.
  • Contribute to product launches by supporting testing, documentation, and operational readiness.
Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in business systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration:

  • 3+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or systems consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Snowflake, and reporting or analytics tools.
  • Experience with commerce-to-cash or quote-to-cash processes, including billing systems and workflows.
  • Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex system architecture and business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, user acceptance testing, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from approximately $78,000 to $118,000 CAD.
  • Equity opportunities as part of a long-term compensation package.
  • Comprehensive health coverage fully subsidized for employees and dependents.
  • Flexible spending allowances for wellness, technology, and lifestyle needs.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across Canada.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and structured rest periods to support work-life balance.
  • Employee stock purchase plan with discounted share options.
  • Learning and development support to grow technical and professional skills.
  • Inclusive, people-first culture focused on collaboration and transparency.
