Job Description
The SDR is a high-impact inside sales role with significant earning potential and a clear path for growth. In this position, you will drive business development efforts within your assigned territory by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering consultative solutions with energy, persistence, and a strong sales mindset.
You’ll engage directly with insurance professionals and their clients to promote our suite of products and services, while developing the skills needed to become a top-performing sales professional. Our industry-leading training program (6 weeks) will equip you with the tools, product knowledge, and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements:- At least one year of successful sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
