Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Unit Controller, they will support the preparation of all accounting and finance responsibilities at the division level, such as all accounting entries, closing week support, preparing various financial analyses, preparing business plan schedules and templates supporting periodic forecasting. Ensure compliance with all accounting and company policies/procedures within the designated areas. Responsibilities
- Support communication with Operations Management, Operational Finance, and FP&A on financial performance relative to division costs, with a focus on controllable costs
- Assist with the preparation and upload of division’s annual business plan (corporate & customer) and biweekly financial forecasts
- Support the closing of the division’s books with detailed review of key financial line details, including shrink, controllable expenses, administrative, and other income expenses.Assist with the maintenance of all key financial reporting for divisionEvaluate division financial statements for inconsistencies with generally accepted accounting principles and corporate accounting policies within the designated areas; communicate exceptions to Business Unit Controller.Partner with other Finance & Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Qualifications
MINIMUM
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting related area3+ years of experience in accounting/financeExcellent oral/written communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
