You will lead installations, commissioning, FAT/SAT testing, and troubleshooting, while providing expert remote and on-site support and training. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with vendors, demonstrate technical expertise, and ensure high-quality service that drives customer success. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Travel to customer sites for installations, commissioning, FAT/SAT testing, and troubleshooting of advanced automation systems;Serve as the primary on-call technician, responding promptly to emergency service requests;Provide remote and on-site technical support to assist with system operation, maintenance, and issue resolution;Develop, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs tailored to customer needs;Implement and support safety systems, conducting FMEAs to mitigate operational risks;Integrate robotics, motion control, and machine vision systems for precision automation solutions;Configure and fine-tune VFDs and industrial networks to maximize system efficiency and uptime;Document system configurations and site activities clearly for internal teams and customers;Stay current with emerging technologies, recommending enhancements that improve performance and scalability.
