Little Scholars Learning Center is seeking a strong, dependable Director Support (Director-Ready) professional to help lead daily operations at our early childhood education centers supporting our directors at both locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is ready to support center operations while developing the skills and confidence to step fully into the Director role when needed. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing the schools independently in the Director’s absence and serving as a steady leadership presence for staff and families.

As Director Support, You Will:

Assist in leading efforts to maintain strong enrollment through family engagement and local marketing initiatives

Support staff recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, development, and retention

Foster a positive, collaborative school culture where educators and families feel valued and supported

Ensure licensing compliance, safety standards, and high-quality educational practices are consistently maintained

Assist with tuition collection, financial oversight, and vendor coordination

Support families as partners in their children’s education

Provide coaching and mentorship to teachers to strengthen classroom quality

Support center-wide organization, accountability, and operational excellence

Step into the Director role and assume full leadership responsibilities when needed

We’re Looking for a Leader Who Is:

CDA ready

Has at least 2 years of experience in a daycare or preschool teaching environment

Passionate about early childhood education and child development

Experienced or interested in center operations and team leadership

Knowledgeable about childcare licensing and compliance standards

Skilled in enrollment support and building strong community relationships

Organized, dependable, and confident in decision-making

Ready to inspire, motivate, and lead by example
