Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position: Type: Full-Time 40+ hours/week (1st shift 6:00am – 2:30pm)

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems including but not limited to:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, servo drives, control systems, motors, and sensors
• Perform alignments, calibrations, and accuracy checks
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Assist with machine installations, relocations, and upgrades
• Document maintenance activities and repairs
• Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with low voltage wiring, PLC, and other instrumentation and controls
• Sense of urgency and follow-up.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Must lead by example and maintain a positive outlook.
• Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position.
