Perks & Compensation:
- Earn between $7.50 - $60.00/hour. Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by location/state, role, certification, school, and assignment.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits
- Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
- State & federal background checks
- TB Test or Assessment (depending on State)
Youll Stand Out If You:
- Passion for education and putting students first
- An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be
- Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit
- Have previous experience in special education settings
- Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experience
What Youll Do:
- Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the day
- Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions, following any lesson plans left by the teacher
- Communicate clearly with school staff
- Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher
- Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students
- Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings
- Additional role requirements will be in the handbook and shared during the interview process
