About This Position
Position Description: The Global Lead Data North America builds and leads our analytics capability in North America, and to help shape global solutions. This is a foundational role in our growing NA and global business. Youll split your time between:
Global (60%): Work with the Chief Data Officer and Munich team to adapt global tools for local relevance, elevate standards, and shape AI-powered solutions.
North America (40%): Develop measurement frameworks, lead client analytics, and embed data storytelling into pitches and reporting.
Today, its an individual contributor role; tomorrow, youll build the team and expand our global influence.

- Build the foundation:Elevate measurement frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models that link media investment to business outcomes.
- Lead client analytics:Deliver campaign analysis, optimization insights, and compelling data stories.
- Fuel growth:Bring analytics to pitches and RFPs, showcasing how we differentiate.
- Enable intelligence:Develop dashboards for clients and leadership, uncover operational efficiencies.
- Connect globally:Spend 50% of your time with the Global Data Solutions Team, collaborating with our Chief Data Officer and Munich team to adapt shape and adapt AI fueled global tools for local needs and elevate global standards.
- 1015 years in analytics, data science, or measurement (agency, client-side, or AdTech).
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, DCM, SQL, Python; experience with CDPs, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; you make complex simple.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and embed analytics into strategy and planning.
- Builder mentality. Youve launched capabilities, not just maintained them.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a quantitative field a plus
- Media agency experience required
- Comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, and the full Microsoft Suite
