Position Overview
Greater MetroWest is a national leader in disability inclusion. The Manager of Disability Inclusion & Belonging serves as a community resource and subject-matter expert, advancing inclusive participation across Jewish communal life. This part-time role partners with individuals, families, congregations, schools, agencies, and Federation departments to foster a strong sense of belonging for people with disabilities. Responsibilities are prioritized to align with part-time capacity.

Responsibilities are prioritized to align with part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Convene and staff the Professional Advisory Committee and ABLE Committee to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and identify community needs.
- Support and advance inclusive practices across congregations, agencies, schools, and communal programs.
- Serve as a resource, advocate, and referral point for individuals with disabilities, families, and communal professionals.
- Partner with lay leaders and professional staff to enhance existing inclusion efforts.
- Collaborate with Jewish Community Relations Committee ,JCRCCommittee, JCRC, to integrate disability-related priorities into advocacy work.
- Minimum three years of experience developing or implementing programs for people with disabilities.
- Minimum three years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
- Knowledge of community-based disability organizations.
- Experience in a Jewish communal, educational, or nonprofit setting.
- Strong ability to collaborate with professionals and volunteer leaders.
