Job Title: Warehouse Associate Day Shift (7am - 3pm)
Location: On Site Norwood, New Jersey
Manager’s Title: Manager, Dir. Warehouse Operations
Type: Full Time, $16/hourly + OT

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a customized system.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to inventory.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
- General Warehouse Tasks:
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Attention to Detail – Ensures accurate order picking, packing, and inventory handling.
Physical Stamina – Ability to lift, move, and stand for long periods during shifts.
Time Management – Staying efficient to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Teamwork & Communication – Working effectively with others and reporting issues clearly.
Basic Technology Use – Operating scanners and warehouse software
