Dayshift Warehouse Supervisor in Newark, New Jersey at Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp

Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee an assigned area of our warehouse. This role leads employees, coordinates daily work, and ensures the area operates safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Assign work and supervise employees within the assigned area.

• Monitor daily workflow, address delays, and adjust priorities to meet production and shipping needs.

• Train, coach, and support employees while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.

• Ensure cabinetry and materials are handled carefully and work meets quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records and help resolve operational discrepancies.

• Enforce safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

• Communicate progress, staffing needs, and concerns to management and other departments.

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Experience in cabinetry, furniture, building materials, or a similar environment preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead a hands-on team in a fast-paced warehouse.

• Familiarity with warehouse systems and equipment preferred.
